Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Upgrades can be made online at My Account page after login. Or send us an email to support@ultops.com and we can help you choose the right plan.

The downgrade feature is disabled because it limits certain features and functionalities, however you can request to support@ultops.com so that we can carefully review and process the request.

Yes, subscription plans are cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Just send an email to support@ultops.com with a message of the reason for cancellation.

No credit card information will be stored in ULTops database. All the information transmitted via ULTops is encrypted. Our state-of-the-art, high availability systems are built to protect customer information by leveraging best-in-class technology. All systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, ULTops determines the currency based on the geographic location at signup. It supports multiple currency based on your customer's location.
