Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. Upgrades can be made online at My Account page after login. Or send us an email to support@ultops.com and we can help you choose the right plan.

The downgrade feature is disabled because it limits certain features and functionalities, however you can request to support@ultops.com so that we can carefully review and process the request.

Yes, subscription plans are cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Just send an email to support@ultops.com with a message of the reason for cancellation. We strongly recommend that You export all Your Data before You terminate or cancel Your Account. In any event, following the termination of Your Account either by You or Us or if You do not subscribe to a Service Plan on expiry of Your free trial, Your Data will be retained for a period of 30 days ("Data Retention Period") from such termination or expiry of free trial within which You may contact Us to export Your Data. Beyond this Data Retention Period, We reserve the right to delete all Your Data in the normal course of operation. Your Data cannot be recovered once it is deleted. If you reconsider accessing ULTops after 30 days, you may have to set up your Brands with ULTops afresh.

Yes, ULTops determines the currency based on the geographic location at signup. It supports multiple currency based on your customer's location.
